Monday Motivation Smoothie
Monday mornings I am like most people, getting ready for a busy week ahead, and wishing (a little) it was still the weekend.

I needed to food shop, and therefore had very little fresh fruit left in the house. At times like this I often have a “leftovers” smoothie or juice – using up the last of my fresh fruit and veg before I go to out to re-stock for the week ahead.

This morning was no exception, and this smoothie thus came about purely by accident. I simply used up leftovers – and the end result, to my delight, was an unexpected and lovely start to my Monday morning.

There’s no way you can have Monday blues when you drink a smoothie like this! My first thought was how much I loved it, followed by how much kids would love this smoothie too! And it is so simple to make. I’ve called this smoothie “Monday Motivation Smoothie” and I’ve provided the recipe below. 2 Bananas
1 Mango
1/2 Gaia Melon
2 Inches of Creamed Coconut from a bar, melted in a little Hot Water
Half a Cup of Cold Water


Peel and chop the bananas, mango and melon and pop them in your blender.

Melt the creamed coconut in a little hot water and add this to the blender too.

Pour about 1/2 cup cold water into your blender, and blend on full until the ingredients are smooth.

Add more water if required.

Pour into a glass and drink.
